NQF Update on Safe Practices Audit 

The NQF Consensus Standards Approval Committee approved the Safe Practices Audit on May 13. As a result of the audit, updates were made to 26 of the 34 practices (including Safe Practice 21). The Audit report will be reviewed for final board ratification on May 23.
